15023 Biscuit

Goldens - Adult - Male
Adopted Medium House trained

Meet Biscuit 15023. His owner surrendered him to ECGRR.

Appearance: Biscuit is a handsome reddish gold color. His coat is think and wavy.

Health: Biscuit is up to date on vaccines, neutered, micro-chipped and 8 years old.

Habits and Training: Biscuit is coming out of his shell in his foster home. He is house trained. In the two weeks he has been in his foster home he has only barked a few times when outdoors playing with the other dogs. He doesn’t really play but is happy to run around outside with the other dogs.

He is a typical Velcro golden in that he follows his foster mom around the house and loves attention.

He prefers to have his foster mom with him when he eats. She is not sure why this is. Maybe he fears his food will be eaten by others.

He needs some work walking on the leash. In his previous life he was never walked on a leash. He doesn’t pull he just doesn’t know how to walk or what to do on a leash.

Children and Other Animals:  He gets along with the other pets in his foster home including cats. He can be shy around strange people – young or old.

Overall: Biscuit would do well in most homes with older children.

If you would like to be considered as Biscuit’s new “Forever Family”, make sure to fill out the online adoption form and mention him by name.
