14001 Abbey
Meet Abbey 14001. She is new to the rescue but here’s a little information about her.
Appearance: Abbey is a red 12 year old senior with that sweet white face. She has been shaved due to her skin condition. But she will have a lovely red coat when it grows back.
People & Kids: Like most Goldens she gets along great with people. Her foster says she is the sweetest senior you will ever love!
Animals: She gets along fine with the other pets in the foster home.
Habits: Abbey loves napping on her doggie bed and carrying her tennis ball around. In short, Abbey just wants companionship and the love she so greatly deserves.
Health: Being a senior Abbey does have a few health issues. She has Cataracts, arthritis and is taking medications for her skin condition. She has a good appetite and is a good weight. She is up to date on all of her vaccines and spayed. She is also housetrained.
Overall: Abbey would make a wonderful addition to any home where there are no or older children. She still has a few more tennis balls left in her to chase.
If you would like to be considered as a candidate to adopt Abbey please fill out the online adoption application and mention her by name.
