ECGRR is a volunteer run organization and a private non-profit that does not receive any government funding. We rely on private donations, fundraisers, and grants.  100% of monies raised goes towards the care of the rescued dogs including medical, food and behavioral training if needed. 

All dogs are checked for temperament and health.  We have a screening process for adoption families, and will consider all requests on a case by case basis.

Our 2014 average expenditure on each rescued dog taken into our program was $694,  with 90% of the monies being used for medically treating these surrendered and homeless dogs including heartworm treatment and spay/neutering.
