Training Your Dog
I wanted an online resource for our fosters and adopters to have in dealing with some behavior issues. The following videos are being presented to cover the most common training topics that we’ve come across over the years. We’ll announce new ones as they are added.
Special note: There are no instant fixes. While we may refer to the dogs in our lives as “our kids”, a dog’s brain does not always operate the same as a human’s and correcting some behavior problems can take time, dedication and patience. On the flip side, there is a very satisfying feeling when you’ve hit that “success” stage and strengthened the human/canine bond! Joel Beckman at Beckman’s Dog Training uses a training system focused on balanced methods that work. He produces some excellent instructional videos which why I decided to feature them.
